Our reviews team research and evaluate many online brokers who offer platforms and products for trading Forex, CFDs, Spread Betting, Binary Options, and more. The work undertaken to achieve a true critique of these services involves a large amount of research, time and dedication to seek out excellence. Basically, our standards are high because yours should be too.
Some online brokers have a reputation for facilitating fraudulent, fast-paced, high risk for high reward trade solutions, but no matter the type of trading products on offer, a broker should always be fully prepared to limit exposure and safeguard their traders. We expect all brokers to meet the conditions outlined by jurisdictional law and any regulating bodies. This ensures that traders are provided a secure and flexible trading environment with a capable support team, fair rates of commissions and charges, and a sizeable list of customer benefits such as segregated client funds, for example.
Recent changes to the licensing and regulation of online trading have put enormous strain on Forex and Binary Options brokers to meet and update regulatory or licensing requirements shortly after implementation. As a result, many shady operators have ceased trading, and some previously reputable online trading operators have been blacklisted for failing to safeguard their clients.

The following companies present in our Brokers Blacklist have failed to adhere to legal requirements, regulatory changes, and/or correctly safeguard their traders. Their failure to oblige by good practice, or their continued demonstration of unethical behaviour, puts traders like you at risk. We are especially stringent with brokers that expose traders to any level of fraudulent activity, irrespective of their licensing terms and conditions.

Some active brokers may have the potential to be removed from this list if their services improve dramatically, or key issues are proven to be addressed. Traders are therefore advised to check back here regularly.
