Though located offshore at Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands, the company is operated by HSCOM Ltd with offices based in the UK at Suite 368 2 Lansdowne Row, London, W1J 6HL. As such, Rbinary is compliant with local financial regulations only, although they have expressed intentions to secure a license with the FSC (Financial Supervision Commission) to further their reputability.

Currently Rbinary accepts traders from all countries with the exception of those based in Israel, Japan, Korea, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Syria. US customers are also welcome to trade, helping to make them a strong competitor in the binary options broker market.

Trading Accounts & Payouts

Generous returns are offered with Rbinary. Depending on the asset and option length traded, a return range of 87 – 95% is achievable, surpassing the standard 85% usually available with online binary brokers.

Although you can preview Rbinary’s Trade Room prior to opening an account, it pleased us to discover that a Demo Account is available to all new clients – providing essential experience to novice traders. • STANDARD – A deposit of $250 – $999 will allow you to open to the Standard Account. The benefits include up to 10% in bonus, a binary options guide and 17 video lessons. • SILVER – A deposit of $1,000 – $4,999 will get you a Silver Account. Your bonus potential with this account is lifted to 20% and you will see a 1% rise in your returns revenue. With this account you will now have access to 31 video lessons, a personal support session with a broker once a month, 1 trading special strategy (to provide you with technical analysis), daily reports (trading signals via email) and monthly email market review summaries. In addition to this, you may continue to enjoy a minimum trade of $10.

• GOLD – A deposit of $1,000 – $4,999 will give you access to the Gold Account. There are no additional features to note with this account, rather an increase in benefits. Your bonus will be up to 30%, 44 video lessons will be at your disposal and 3 trading special strategies can be used to push your revenue potential. Furthermore, feedback is provided for 3 times per month and person support sessions twice per week, enabling you to gain clearer understanding of your progress.

• PLATINUM – A deposit of $5,000 –$19,999 will grant you access to the Platinum Account. The bonus potential is increased to a healthy 50%, with 3-4% extra revenue. Personal support is unlimited with this account and you will have 5 trading special strategies to try out. The maximum of 51 video lessons will be at your fingertips, though it is wise to also utilise Rbinary’s additional educational material found on their website and blog. The minimum trade requirement is set to $50 for Platinum account holders – a reflection of your experience.

• VIP – A deposit of $50,000+ will allow you to open the VIP Account. Up to 100% bonus, 5% extra revenue, unlimited personal support and trading special strategies makes this Rbinary’s most premium account.

TradersAssets Tip: Make the most of what Rbinary has to offer. When opening a live account with the broker, remember to ask if there are promotions running that might benefit you. Additionally, if you are starting out with a Standard Account, negotiations can be made to ensure that you get what you need – barter for extra personal support sessions and make sure you don’t forget to request a Paper Trading account.

Banking Options

An account with Rbinary can be credited in USD, GBP, EUR and JPY. They accept various payment methods including wire transfers, major credit and debit cards and through the popular E-wallets, Skrill and Neteller.

Rbinary have joined the Know Your Customer (KYC) initiative in an effort to safeguard your funds and help prevent fraudulent activity. They will require you to validate your account upon depositing for the first time. To do this you will need a copy of your passport, proof of address and if using a credit / debit card also a front and back copy of it clearly showing the your name and the last 5 digits.

Deposit

As mentioned already, deposits can be made using a variety of methods Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer and through E-wallets. The minimum deposit to open an account is $250 if using card and $500 through wire. Only one credit card may be registered to your account at any one time.

Withdrawal

Traders can enjoy 1 free withdrawal per month, after which subsequent withdrawals will be charged a $30 processing fee. However, Rbinary makes the effort to process approval within an impressive 3 business days and there is no maximum withdrawal figure. Funds will be returned to you in the same method used for payment.

Rbinary’s LiveChat feature is available 16 hours a day and when making our own enquiries we found their customer support team to be responsive and quick to advise. However, should you find the team offline when in need of guidance, you may drop them an email, or speak to a member of the team directly using one of the three local contact numbers (not toll free) for UK, Bahrain and Russia. Alternatively, you can always request a call back.

Personal support sessions are included when opening an account (how many per month is dependent on your account type). Essentially these are experienced brokers who are available to help you discuss strategies, trades and review your progress. These sessions and all other support options are available to clients in English, Arabic, French, German, Russian and Spanish.

A certain number of pre-recorded educational videos are offered to account holders, with access to the full 51 limited by account level. Under Rbinary’s Academy you will find a list of introductory and advanced courses, strategies and eBooks for your perusal.
